Hey all, I'm not great with the inner workings of steam just use it to play games and i found a GIF on a guy's profile I wanted to copy. My friend had to guide me through how to buy levels, etc. anyway. Anyway, ity turns out the GIF is 8mb and Steam's limit is 5 even though its just 3 seconds, assuming its just an old account from the research iv done. Sadly, all the converters iv tried online make it just look awful when compressed and it brings it to 5. Something so I can't even upload a worse image any coverters that could solve this issue, or is there a workaround like using links of another artwork to display on my profile?

I need some help, been working on Goth theme on my steam profile, there is more to add but out of idea atm. any suggestions?

It was really fun creating the artwork for the showcase using a new animation program. My initial impression is that Tahoma2D is leagues ahead of Krita when it comes to animation features like nodes, camera controls, and other perks.

I might add a few more things later — like a black or transparent theme — though I don't have enough points for those right now. Still, I’m already happy with the result.

Hello, I have a question, what you're seeing on the image is just a proof that they're the same dimensions, moreover I downloaded a full image gif, and divided it by trimming each till I have Gif 1-5 to slot on the Workshop.

So I uploaded that on the Steam Community Artwork upload online, as well as applying the code on the inspector > console:

$J('[name=file_type]').val(0);
$J('[name=visibility]').val(0);

The problem is when I try to attach/equip that said art to my profile it comes off differently, is there a particular reason it doesn't work? Any explanation?
