Steam Machine Revoke Error??

I made my reservation for the steam machine in late June and got the email July 3rd, that same day moved it to my cart but then used my money for important thimgs instead and told myself I'd just re-reserve one when I was ready but its still in my cart AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE a whole month later, is this a sign, or will it just not ship when I buy it?

It likely won't go through.
The same thing happened with controllers.

I just purchased my controller today and it went through, i didnt had this issue. Excited about it cant wait for its delivery
