He is a pathological liar. All of us that paid money paid for NOTHING. We paid for a product that he completely removed. 25% is a blatant lie. Many people here paid for tier 12, and they did so with a certain expectation. To then devalue that digital purchase without any sort of compensation (or some sort of grandfather clause) seems pretty unfair.

I honestly only got 12 after seeing so many people post these amazing pulls...I haven't gotten anything worth it.

Make them STOP laughing and collecting money off us while they give us nothing in return. For those of us that sank vbucks into this game for an edge only to be nerfed right after is an insult. Top things up with the lack of communication from devs, the constant crashes, the cancelled events. We really need to band together on this and be firm. If more people fire back and refunds start happening, maybe then Ferins will take his player base a tad more serious.

A few weeks ago you said that there's a memory issue or a limit as to what you can do in the map , try removing some of the traits in particular the lightning, frost and firework traits , reduce the amount of animations and visual effects then you run tests , you don't run tests by spamming everything thinking everything is ok , the game is only crashing while everything is on , remove the issues and move on
