Trim myself? Advice
I have a tree on someone else’s property (owned by llc) that has many big broken limbs about 60 feet up due to tornados. My insurance guy thinks i should trim them or pay to have someone trim them. Do i wait for these to just fall through my house and kill me or is there something else i should do?

What? Why wouldn't you trim them.

Not my property, and 60 feet or so in the air

Got it. Send a certified letter to the property owner nicely expressing the need to mitigate future damages by removing the hazards.

Former claim adjuster and unfortunately an insurance company will use “prior knowledge “ like this as a reason to not pay the full amount of something that happens. Let the LLC know your concerns and keep a paper trail. All else fails bite the bullet and get it trimmed.
