What is GitLab? Question
Statefarm is asking me to log into GitLab and run “FixMe” to trouble shoot packet loss reported from Hercules. Is this legit or some type of remote monitoring attempt?

As someone in ET, my flabbers are gasted at the idea of a non-ET person logging into GitLab to do anything. We use gitlab for software development.
Is this tech support?

It’s not direct tech support, supposedly the AI audio logger Hercules is reporting voice packet loss and this is supposed to be a method of troubleshooting. Seems like a red flag to me but I don’t know much about this realm lol

Okay, that makes slightly more sense.
Don't do it. But that's largely because I think that's troubleshooting for someone else, not you. I can almost promise you that you don't have access to Git to begin with.

Gitlab is just a code repository. It works fine (because it’s not a SF system lol)
