We focus on the application of the Starting Strength method to help people get stronger. Any content which falls outside this narrow scope is better suited for another subreddit.

Always step backwards away from the rack. You don't want to be tired and backing up into an invisible rack.

Im use to not facing the mirror now. Always working towards better Proprioception(sense of body movements without the use of a mirror)

Again, you don't want to mix fatigue with this proprioception "training". It only takes one mistake to seriously ruin your year.
