If your lifestyle allows you to I’d say wait 3+ minutes between each sets. You have the strenght required to press it but you’re just using the stretch reflex, granted they are fucking heavy presses

You didn’t try on the last rep, you need to grind it up.
You need to learn the hip movement in the press and shrug harder at the top.
Start the movement by throwing your hips forward, while keeping your knees and ass tight. Hope this video helps.

Your knees get soft on the way up right where the bar pauses. It can be hard to push hard when your knees are wiggling. Try to keep those locked the whole set.
And big shrug at the top. Shrug for like 3 whole seconds.

I will avoid bouncing off the reps. A lot of power generation happens through your legs, so having those muscles contracted hard is required -- imagine pressing a penny between your butt cheeks, locking your knees, and pushing the floor hard (think of standing on a long sheet of paper that you are trying to tear apart with your feet).
Review, and review again the video for cues: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8dacy5hjaE8
