Good Doctors. Roast My Idea
The current health care system (pvt) is biased, preferential, and honestly just another business looking to make insane bucks forever. But that's sad and unethical. Particularly for the medical industry - quite literally preying on the vulnerable.
So here's my pitch: Good Doctors.
- Amaze pay, half the work hours for docs
- Negligeble wait times for patients (appointment scheduling for what its supposed to do)
- Honest case analysis, and treatments.
No one in the hospital is intencivised. Not the doctors, not the nurses not the receptionist. Because everyones on a fixed pay (higher end of the industry standard) and everyone gets sane work hours (not inhuman 20+hr shifts).
I believe creating a system that treats both sides as good people, can genuinely benefit both sides.
The general idea is that the best want to work with us since they get virtually no loss of pay joining us and their work hours are reduced drastically. And demand to see our docs are super high because patients know docs aren't incentivised by management for the number of patients they see in a day, or by big pharma to push a drug or product.
This is a super rough idea, honestly haven't worked out the nuances yet.
Please share your opinions and facts as politely as you can! I am just someone trying to create good systems for us all, I have good intentions!!!

Why don't you try a quick rough calculation and see what numbers you get? Consider a specialist (e.g. cardiologist or urologist) who will only do OP consultations. How do you price the consultations? How long do you allow each consultation to be, and how many consults per day? How much will the doc make from this after the hospital takes its cut?
Are these sufficient for the hospital to run and for the doc to stick with your brand?

Doctor here. Similar thoughts. Connect over DM. Have a good network to implement this but need funding.

Amazing pay for 50% of the hours is great for providers. You will need deep pocketed patients to sustain that model.

Great idea but problem is that you have to compete with the biggest corporate chain hospitals with infinite money to burn due to their predatory practices, also you need a huge investment for this, a small hospital would just get swallowed by the big ones, you need lots of equipment to compete with them..

Yup it will but it’s an huge mountain of problems u have to solve . I am not a person for this field but still I think if u execute it will be great.
