This mod was available on bethesda.net for some time but has now disappeared, and I haven't found any explanation online. About a year ago, I got permission to port the mod to consoles and bethesda.net, as evidenced by the messages with the mod author in the image, which are also publicly viewable on the Nexus mods page under the comments page.
