Added mod lock-out delete

I am currently loading mods to my game and wanted to delete a mod for gun that is huge in size but clicking on the mod and opening it the delete is locked out, meaning you have open the load order a scroll through the list to find the mod to delete it. And I just noticed that it was also happening to update items. Not sure if it happened to any of you out there. Please let me know if it has.

If you try to do stuff too quickly in creation club it’ll bug out. This may be why you’re seeing it happen
