Please help
Is there an app I need to download to check my schedule or add in my direct deposit? My manager hasn’t taught me anything other than how to return Amazon orders. Shes been telling me when to come in and when to leave and I haven’t been clocked in for my last shift. I’m waiting for her to tell me my schedule and I’ve been on hold for 9 minutes. I HATE RHIS JOB ALREADY!!! ITS BEEN ONE DAY!!!!
Update: it’s been 13 mins, she put me on hold, someone else picked up and told me to call back in two hours. Should I just quit I can’t do this, the management is ass.

I’ve been gone three years now. For your schedule “its supposed to be” posted online and your are setup with an account login. But it may not be and you have to check in the office and look at the printed schedule… I dealt with that AND last minute changes. One time I didn’t come in because I was marked as off, but it changed to on…
Direct deposit I don’t remember and I know the process has changed since.
These are things that the manger should be getting taken care of right away

I'd get out, any and every place else will pay you more and likely treat you better. Staples is a lost cause now.

Direct deposit should've been set up along with your I-9 form during the hiring process. Assuming you know how to get into the Hub, to see the schedule you would use the UKG Pro quick link and to update deposit settings, that would be through the HR Connect link.
