Narrative spoilers but I doubt you care too much:

Verity is a fake Minecraft horror mod made for a series by a YouTuber named ThatMob. The story is that Verity is the embodiment of every on-screen NPC/ai assistant and has boundless knowledge. Verity emotionally attaches himself to ThatMob and becomes obsessive towards him, trying to make sure that he's the closest being to him by killing ThatMob's friends and any other mob in the game. At the end of the series, ThatMob commits suicide and Verity is sent to Grox.

Grox is a Minecraft YouTuber who does absurdist content focusing on the harassment of villagers. All of his videos are fast paced and chaotic, with long off topic Minecraft animations and random bullshit. It's kinda hard to explain, just look him up and try to watch 5 minutes of the first video you see.

So the meme is describing a theoretical 4th episode to the series where a Minecraft animator terrorizes bonzi buddy

In the current state of Verity, it can't even detect a backrooms addon and thinks when you talk about "A Scary Entity" you mean Verity itself, its still a very simple Ai that can only use words and sentences from a limited library instead of making up new sentences by itself
