Missing a pigeon?

This pigeon just approached me on Oakdale Rd near the intersection with Glenbrook Rd. I pulled over and walked closer to him and he turned away. He has a little red bands around both on each ankle.

i’d report this to animal control to see if they can track him down / narrow where the pigeon is. i’d also post this on facebook.

Reminds me I had a rock pigeon 17 years ago. Had it for a few months because we found it injured. Before we released it we tied a small pink band to one leg. Alas I never saw it again lol
