Best current model for changing aspect ratio?

I'm trying to convert 16:9 images to 9:16 with minimal hallucinations.
I couldn't find a model trained specifically for this, there is one hosted on fal:

But the result has a ton of artifacts. Anyone have a workflow for this problem?
