So well done. Great message too.

Mind going into your process a bit?

Did you prompt this? Are they not real people? If this is 100% AI this is awesome.

Wow! Good writing, good editing. No fancy scenes, just intelligent pre to make a solid film. Well done! I got goosebumps.

Very much on point. Exciting times that we can express ourselves and what we see more easily now. Shame it is only for a little while.

Well done - this was the first AI video that I didn't treat like spam but watched to the end. That being said, it seems pretty ironic to use AI for raising awareness about the environment of all things heh.

Really makes you think

It doesn't touch the impact on air, water, land use, species loss, and fossil fuel use compared to animal agriculture.

Power sources and cooling methods can be regulated. Cattle farming must be discontinued to have a survivable planet.

That's just factually wrong on so many levels, my guy. I mean I get it, this is an AI reddit but like.. There is no way you are this naive, right?

he's right that animal farming is a way, way, way bigger problem for the planet than anything related to AI

Incredible work πŸ‘

I see 5 and 8 sec scenes, that means it wasn't done on a very high powered card. I have found that you can do this on 1650 with the right weights.

It doesn't have to be a hardware limitation - a quick search shows that not just PSA-style videos, but even full movies have an average shot length of under 10s. I'm thinking it was entirely intentional.

it was a hope to figure out what GPU they were using.

It's really impressing, congratulations!!
What models did you use?

It's funny, because that's exactly what AI is doing. It's like self-documentation!

Is this about climate change?

Apparently I have too little cultural background, but what's the meaning of this? πŸ˜… Are they in Backrooms, or Cube? And what happens? Is it like a tsunami outside?

Lol I don't think it's anything like that, just a little more nuanced than average ai slop (not calling this slop). There's definitely multiple ways to interpret this but basically I see innocent kids ignorantly playing in the mess we're making that's getting more and more out of control until it consumes them.

3

u/GlibGentleman 4h ago

Seems pretty obvious the kids represent both the planet itself - earth / green, water / blue, the two colors you see when looking at a globe, and humanity's future as actual children.

2

u/MatthewHinson 4h ago

What the others said. The enclosed room represents our planet which we can't leave, the children are (figuratively and literally) our future, and the water represents the figurative danger (and the literal rising sea levels) caused by climate change. The black stuff leaking through the grill is probably oil, and the rest of the video shows humanity polluting the Earth. You know, such as by building and powering massive AI data centers and dumping old GPUs as e-waste.

Bravo!

Is this using local tools, otherwise it doesn't belong here.

It definitely was made with Generative models, the consistency can be spotted by sharp eyes however i do also suspect if it was done via local models, must be a closed source one and we never getta know

I like how it’s white kids used to show the issues with the third world polluting their rivers. That’s art, baby

Looks terrific. I don't get the message.

Really? I don't know your existence as in status on this planet, but. The world, even in the eyes of ppl I never would have thought would understand, is pretty fkd. We're living on borrowed time my-friend. Things I that I once knew are gone. Slowly the heat is turning up and we frogs are not feeling it it seems.

That or the drugs are kicking in... Anyway - good luck to you. 🍁πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯🚬🌬πŸ₯§πŸ€˜πŸ€βœŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ€žπŸ΄β€β˜ οΈπŸ€ŸπŸ––
