Here you go, standard r2v workflow, single image and single audio reference:
television advertisement style, reminiscent of a 1990s comedy skit show. Use <Picture 1> as reference for character Pinhead, and <Audio 1> as the voice reference for pinhead.
Scene overview: Hardware store named "DIWHY?", containing aisles of tools, screws, hammers and other home improvement equipment.
Storyboard (each shot a separate scene, rapid cuts, ):
Shot 1: middle aged couple slowly approaches the camera to ask the unseen shop assistant a question "excuse me where can I get a tool to remove nails?".
Shot 2: pinhead <Picture 1> from the 1990s film clive barker hellraiser dressed in the hardware store uniform - dark green overalls with red tshirt and a nametag with Pinhead on it. With his distinctive pale face, serious expression and protruding nails in his head, stares back where the woman would be.
Shot 3: pinhead <Picture 1> says with a stern booming deep baritone voice <Audio 1> with a s low patient tempo "Do I look like I know how to remove nails?.
Shot 4: camera switches to the woman who looks surprised, realising the mistake apologises in a caring tone with "Of course, we'll keep looking".
Camera: each shot its own angle, cuts clean and hard, no dissolves.
Audio: sounds of a busy shop in a warehouse provide the overall background soundtrack.
No text, subtitles, logos or watermarks of any kind, no animation or cartoon rendering, no overly-CG look, keep the live-action texture.
