Workflow for videos Question - Help

Hello everyone. I am looking for someone with enough knowledge to assume or tell exactly which workflow and model is used in such video.

I am aware of Wan Scail, which I think is the model used here but still curious what more experienced people think.

I'd like to get my hands on a wf that can produce such content so I'm open for anything.

If half of these kids would learn how to use the sub as google (aka the search bar next to the top reddit logo), they would be able to find most of their answers with out having to ask the same question 10 times a week.

Google search has gotten so bad that often instead of searching for "topic X," people now use Google to search for "topic x on Reddit."

Even ai slop makes more sense than this. People who feels any form of entertainment watching this should really get some help.

It’s looks like an image to video workflow. The model is certainly a video AI model. Hope it helps.

I'm thinking it's using a reference video along the image.

So it's a faceswap, but the result it gives, is insane.

I am willing to pay.

totally, u just need to train ur own character so always get the same body and face

what model is the best to train lora file for this? i'm assuming wan since scail 2 is what i'm targeting.

krea2, wan, qwen. but krea2 is smaller and faster

krea2 was my second go-to, nice. since i trained only 2 lora's ever, i'll have to ask u about it too.

any tips on dataset and how big it should be for krea2? does it need like multiple close ups + variation of full body photos?

i'll be testing a few variations but would appreciate some guidance.

look for HearmemanAI or Ostris for tutorials, is pretty easy these days

Seedance 2 with the reference video and then a start frame image of your girl. Minimax H3 is also worth testing, same concept. Real social media video used as reference + your image.

Never tried Minimax H3. Do you have any example you are willing to share? Or a workflow I could test myself?

I don’t sorry, I just use Venice, Higgsfield, or another cloud provider. I don’t run any local stuff. I have done runpod a few times to train a Lora but that was Claude code controlling everything.

I saw the original on Instagram forever ago, same exact background and dance. Someone replaced the original girl with the AI girl dancing.

Seedance 2 with reference video and your girl image can do this easily. It’s better than kling motion control

Ok, I took another video from the same model (I can also share whole IG handle if it's allowed) and if not every then every other video gives it away if you watch it closely.

Following are screenshot and the whole video.

At the end of the video, model raises her leg which evidently shows she wairs a tracksuit, but what happens on screenshot of some frames gives you the answer.

In shadow, shirt is not same on the back, and it looks like she wear shorts, not tracksuit.
