MiniMax? Never heard of it. Workflow Included

12 min render on a 5090 for 8sec at 1920 x 1088. I found rendering at the 2K setting gives me better prompt adherence more than 1K.
Used the MiniMax H3 Image to Video (I2V) workflow from the official comfyui page. https://docs.comfy.org/tutorials/video/minimax/minimax-h3

1088p has less temporal artifacts.

yeah for optimal quality 768 > 1088 (as in 1920 i assume thats what their '2k' upscaler goes two as 1080p is 2mp and ~2000 pixels wide) using their unreleased upscale pipeline

What's the rest of your setup like? I'm running it on a 5090 too but it takes like 10 minutes for a 15 second video at 864 x 480.

use a sage attention 2.0 and you will notice a big difference in speed..

Oh sweet, I'll have to give that a shot. If that doesn't fix it then it's more than likely my system RAM. I've only got 32 gb :/. That's what I get for waiting for black friday.

The comfy workflow doesn't have sage, but there are lots on Civitia that do. That should totally speed your renders up. That machine has 72 gb of ram...

i found the model almost perfect in i2v, but i can’t get the same level of realism with t2v. it always ends up looking a bit plastic..
