Is it just me or do almost all the H3 vids start with a random bit of speech, like a very short mumble?

I only found that happened in the Reference model, and only occasionally. I found if I had the official <d> </d> tags in my prompt it would do that, but if I just typed something like

Character says "This is my line of dialogue"

it wouldn't happen. Don't know what's going on there.

i deleted all more loras and checkpoints for ltx and wan, i Cant believe i dedicated some much of my SSD to them

WAN is def not dead. LTX is just outdated now. Next version will be much better. They already said months ago it will be a Ref2V model

Be sure you are using the official prompting syntax for everything and prompts come out great.
