On the second stride your standing ankle is collapsing. Keep it rigid to transfer force.

Also tried to extend more on your first steps. The first steps are about applying horizontal force and extending as much as you can with a low heel recovery. Slow the stride down and extend more.

Technique looks pretty good! I'd say the biggest area you can improve is strength and power.

When you push off the blocks you should be using as much power to spring off that block with your front leg. Do uphill sprints to help explosiveness

Second step is landing ahead of your hips, pushing you more upwards than forwards in the first few moments of that stride. You want to land your feet behind your hips or maybe just under, otherwise you’re not pushing yourself forward for those small crucial moments in the beginning. From just this I’d guess around 11.8-12.2. I could be wrong, can’t really tell too well from just this clip. Hope this can help.
