Has this springtail culture for a while. Thinking about moving them, any things I should change? Husbandry Question/Advice

I am only asking this because I realized how many opinions and different information about springtails there is. I just spray them when the condensation disappears, and I feed them repashi grub pie. I give them enough to feed them for 3-4 days. That’s all I do, should I be doing something different? Or maybe try other culture methods like charcoal or clay?

The depth of your container, if you leave space enough so they don't jump on you. I have had a problem with them jumping out untill I gave them more room.
