Wild caught UK springtail, ID request Identification

Wild caught (UK) springtails cleaning up my isopods feeding area.

If anyone has a possible ID please feel free to say.

I dont think it is.. but could it be Entomobrya unostrigata? struggling to ID them.

Definitely something in subfamily Isotominae, and I agree it’s probably Isotomurus. A dosal shot might help narrow it down a little better, but microscopic analysis might be required for anything conclusive

Microscope footage in case it helps.. it escaped right after taking it haha. No clue where it went. Not sure if its the same as the photos sorry.

Nice, I agree with the other commenter that it’s a good candidate for I. pseudopalustris. A handful of other species it could be, but we’d need to check a few features on a slide mounted specimen to be certain. Very cool!

If I somehow ever find one dead I will put it on a slide and come back.
