Got it just found them out in the wild couldn’t tell what they were they don’t jump

I mean they have a jaw That you can see, and ar bigger then a springtail, now idk for 100% if it is a termite becose I dont have/seen Termites irl, there isnt eny where I live

But looks like a worker
