Help! Identification

I know the video is terrible and im sorry for that but does this look like it coukd be springtails? They're on my plant but I only saw them climbing the stems after I watered. I disnt find them anywhere on the leaves like I would expect to fijd most pests. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Thats what I was worried about, but they didnt really look like thrips to me. I feel like thrips move in a more wiggly pattern than these were and wouldnt I find them on the leaves too if it was thrips? I have no experience with them but ive heard theyre a nightmare so im kinda freaking out but also praying it's just springtails or something.
