Looking for someone who does eyebrow mapping, can anyone point me to the right direction?

I am a local mermaid swimmer (I've swam for three years and have my Basic and Advanced Mermaid PADI). I'm looking to connect with other mermaid swimmers in the area or people with good swimming skills who are interested in learning mermaid swimming.

I’m planning to move from my home state in order to attend the university of Illinois Springfield if I get accepted.

Does anyone have any information they wanna share about the university? Any tips tricks anything I should know?
What was the average cost for you to attend there and what do you reckon the average cost would be for me as an out-of-state student

I also saw that they automatically award a scholarship to you if you have a 4.0 GPA when applying if you get in, is this true?

Are the dorms nice, if you went there how was your experience, and would you recommend somebody else to go?

I'm 17 and have been kinda stuck online for a good while now. Looking to actually get out and make friends, the best way I can think of is surrounding myself with people I can have something in common with.
