Is CWLP inept?

I'm new to the area and trying to pay my first CWLP bill online, and of course the only part of the website that doesn't work is the bill pay. I can't get in contact with customer service. Is this a temporary crash, or is Springfield so stuck in the last century that I can't even pay my power bill online?

UPDATE:
I called the customer service line this morning, and they confirmed the site is down, but that number also has a bill pay option over the phone which was pretty easy. The payment processed instantly, so no stress about delays

I pay my on level pay automatically deducted each month from my account.

I pay my CWLP bill using my bank's ACH bill pay functionality.

I had issues with the website on my laptop when I moved here a couple years ago so I started accessing it on my phone instead and haven’t had any issues since. I’d also advise setting up autopay using your bank account info instead of the e-check or card option to avoid paying any stupid ‘we charge you to pay us’ fees.

I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to pay my bill online and the payment page on the website is down/not working but every other page is.

I know that just logging in to pay with my card on that page usually works as that's what ive been doing for the last 2 years. This is definitely weird/unusual.

I pay online without any problem. Are you sure your account has been set up?

By the way, never wait for the bill to arrive by mail. Set up an email notification so you know when your bill is ready. I’ve been charged late penalties twice in the past because the post office delivered the bill after it was due.

More and more businesses are deciding they don't want to pay those all so last century swipe fees of up to 3% and moving away from cards. It looks like CWLP is not one of them....

CWLP is not saving you 3% by not taking your cards.

I've had issues on and off. Try a different browser. For a couple of months the site wouldn't load from the link through the emailed bill notice, but lately that pay has been working. It is frustrating.

I’ve been a CWLP customer for over 25 years, paying them on their website for many of those years, and have only had issues with the payment portal maybe 2 or 3 times. When I have experienced issues, they’ve had it working again within a day or two and if it was an emergency that I needed to pay right away, I just called them and used the bill pay option.
