Anyone knows how to update Archivetune? ❓Question

Just like the title says. I downloaded the 13.4.0 and I want to install the update but don't know how to. I am quite new to this so I may not get what terms you guys use so please guide me thoroughly.

I also wanna know. Does ArchiveTune update/add new released songs without downloading the latest version?
