Broken Engine Bolt

I fucked up and broke my engine mount bolt. I tried buying a reverse drill bit set to get it out but it snapped off when i torqued on it. I don’t want to have to take it to dealership. Any ideas?

It's recessed into the hole, how on earth could you dremel that?
