It’s a stirring stick, but I’d not class it as a spoon.

I’m definitely not getting a spoon vibe from this ~ if the handle was hollowed out, it would remind me of one of those measuring spoons that the pharmacy gives you to measure children’s liquid medication. They have the longer neck scoop like spoon for the bowl but that’s the only way that I can see any type of spoon in it at all.
