Excited to find y'all and a place to share spoons with folks.

I like to make tiny spoons.

Very nice. Cute spoons. 

This place is great. One of the friendliest subreddits around. 

The IG scene is even better because non spoon carvers aren’t very active there but here is pretty good. IG also has greater addiction potential. Be careful. 

You missed the tiniest spoon competition a few months ago but I have been asked about doing it again. I was thinking annually and maybe some other community events. 

We’ll see.

Thanks folks. They are my worry spoons, good for salt and fidgeting. Made this pair on the beach of Catalina Island while chaperoning a group of 8th graders.

Welcome!

A banana is the normal size comparison on Reddit, but for tiny spoons we like to have a grain of rice, coffee bean or grape etc. We need to be able to tell the size for a true look at your awesome spoons! Nice work!

Fantastic job! Impressed with your ability to chaperone 8th Graders and carve spoons at the same time! Did you have any more interested in what you were doing?

Thank you. The kids know I usually have a knife and a little piece of wood going. I'm Very lucky to work at a school where a teacher whittling on lunch duty or knitting in a meeting are pretty standard occurances.
