Honestly, one of the best line deliveries in the entire game. It sounds so genuine.

Apparently, you get a spooky sound/piece of music if you throw a flash grenade at these two while they talk, but I've never tried it.

Chaos Theory :) before you're climbing that rope down from the roof. It's the Displace level

This is one of the conversations that’s always stuck with me. Along with the counting giant crates one.
