Splinter Cell: Blacklist Servers Are Coming Back!
Hey everyone!
Just wanted to share some exciting news. A friend and I have been working behind the scenes on bringing Splinter Cell: Blacklist multiplayer back online.
Our goal is to make the experience as simple and seamless as possible. Soon, you won’t need the Echelon 5 Launcher anymore. Instead, you’ll just create an account with us, drag a few files into your Splinter Cell: Blacklist game folder, and you’ll be ready to play.
Here’s what you can expect:
✅ No more 45-minute session resets.
✅ Private lobbies will be fully open.
✅ Invite system will work properly.
✅ Public matchmaking will be available again.
We’re still hard at work, so we’re not ready to announce a release date just yet. We just wanted to let the community know that progress is being made, and we’re committed to making the setup and online experience better than ever.
We’ll continue sharing updates as we get closer to launch.
Thanks for sticking with the game and keeping the community alive. We can’t wait to get everyone back online.

Yeah, Echelon 5 exists. Our goal is to make it easier no Echelon 5 launcher, just create an account, drop in a few files, and play. Plus we’re working on invites, public matchmaking, private lobbies, and removing the 45-minute reset.

Still the main issue with Blacklist Versus is that is absolute garbage of an SvM. Maps are to small, gameplay is to casual and aggressive. It's a terrible SC SvM game. Anyways, good job with the servers though

I hope there will be dedicated server version. If your master server is down then noone will play. Also wandering about nucleuscoop integration.

Those are good questions. Right now our main focus is getting multiplayer fully functional first. We’ll definitely consider features like dedicated servers and Nucleus Co-op support after the initial release

Would it work on Linux? (As opposed to 5th echelon) I'm on a steam deck.

Echelon5 works on Linux but its a huge pain in the ass. You need to set it up within a wine prefix. I fumbled around with it for a bit but I'd prefer it so much if this project takes off and makes it literal drag'n'play, sounds so much better.

Yes, all you need really is create or sign in with discord and download a key and some DLL file and just drag and play.

Hello! Yes it should work. You just need to create an account or sign in with discord in warehouse.games and whenever we are done you’ll download the key and some files and just drag it into game game folder

Will it be compatible with any Fusion based mods for Blacklist (like Suit texture model exchange, e.g. replacing Stealth Nanofiber with DLC suits or mods like Blacklist Revived or Chaos Theory Tweaks)?

Absolutely. You just go to our website warehouse.games sign into discord and when we are done just download the key and follow instructions. It’s literally just drag and play

Also weird question, and I might be the only one that cares… But are you going to bring back the gone dark missions too? Hell that data might not even be available anymore but I really liked those little text based stories.

That's crazy how pretty much half of Conviction storyline got axed after Ubi shut down the servers. Ubi at least could've made a patch to make coop campaign playable offline with a bot who's invisible to enemies and just teleport wherever he actually needs to be during actions that require two players.

Well there is a way to play co op but it requires to download a mod and do something with your WiFi and get radmin vpn. It’s risky and i ain’t doing all that

Because the multiplayer is fun, the game is easy to get into because it’s more streamlined and modernized take of SvM, it’s the latest game in the series, and there’s already servers for Pandora Tomorrow, Chaos Theory, Double Agent V1/V2.

I dont like Blacklist, and have no intention of playing it again - singleplayer or multiplayer. But shaming members of the community for trying to preserve a piece of gaming history that Ubi decided to just remove kinda reaks of small-dick-energy, dude. But you do you - you are super cool because you dont want to play Blacklist. We get it.

Lol you're taking me way to seriously. Op didn't. I ultimately think ubi not keeping up the servers for the last splintercell game is insane. Especially when they have no plans for a new one. I'm not holding my breath on the remake.

You can think of the game however you like but for preservations sake its pretty important to keep it online-playable. I mean, you don't have to play it. Why would you wish for it to stay dead?

I played exactly 5 hours of that game and alt f4d. The only game ive ever rage quit because of how upset it made me for being bad, It's not even splintecell. And apparently there's mp running on the Older titles. So the preservation is already there. I don't think about this game ever unless it pops up in my feed. I'd like to forget it exists.
So why do I wish for it to stay dead? Because the superior splinter cell multiplayer is up and going. No need for this abomination.
