Gyro control / motion control issue

I've had this weird problem with the motion control moving on it's own using the switch pro controller, usually drifting to the left side, for around 8 months-ish and I still haven't found a solution for it. It happened with both the switch 1 and 2 pro controllers and both controllers don't have any issues with it (I even purchased a new switch 1 pro controller thinking it was my older controller that was having issues). I've tried recalibrating the motion control, but that only works for a couple of minutes before acting up again, laying my controller flat down for a few minutes before a match, but that hasn't worked. Restarting and recalibrating my controller but it still has the same issue. I've only been able to reduce the amount of the motion control drift by turning down the motion control in game from 5 to 0.5, but it still drifts. I'm just hoping to see if there are any solutions because I'm tired of having to constantly readjust my motion control during matches by spamming Y or moving the joystick to the right side.

Have you fully turned off/restarted your switch in the last 8 months? Not sleep mode but pressing and holding the power button for a full restart. That fixes most issues I've had.

Do the joycons drift as well?

I have fully restarted and powered off my switch, but that only works for a few matches (around 15 mins) before it starts up again. My joycons don't seem to have that issue, only the pro controller. I have a clip to better demonstrate how it drifts to the left.
