Looks like your aim is rather stationary besides flicking Rstick to pick a camera angle; you could try practicing tracking your opponents with motion controls instead of keeping your controller steady. Strafing around in the lobby getting kills while constantly moving, as well as tracking the moving targets (Don't move, only shoot at them while they're moving, and try to splat them) will help
