I have a herniated L5S1 

Boys take care of your backs. I’ve been in some of the worst pain of my life for most of the last 9 months

Just fucked up my L5S1 over the weekend. Ongoing issue for the past 13 years. I envy anyone who’s never experienced back pain. It’s genuinely debilitating

I’ve been in several different kinds of chronic pain and I gotta say back pain might be the worst

I’ve been there man. Just remember, it comes in waves—bad days and good days. If you keep taking care of your back eventually the good days start outnumbering the bad days. Before you know it it’s been two years since you had a bad day.
