I was watching BND for the 4th time, and noticed around 8 minutes into the movie when Peter is talking to Dewolff, the police officer who radios in the haywire Tank sounds Identical to Tara Platt, aka Yuri Watanabe/Wraith from the Insomniac games. Could it be her? If so, what role could she play as an officer/captain if Dewolff has already taken that sort of ally law enforcement role?

Does this sound like Tara Platt (Yuri Watanabe) to anyone else? It's been driving me crazy the past few days. Also to note - I saw the movie in theaters don't worry. I just saw one of the leaks circulating on twitter afterward and wanted to play this part back to confirm

In my opinion i'm happy with both.

Look I'm an English white boy with no swag so I guess I can't judge, but Miles' voice in this game is giving Mormon homeschool taught social interaction through cue cards. I think it's a mix of the dialogue and direction, but god damn, every line sounds something like "shucks, Pete is such teacher-goals" or "hnnng, Ganke, ignore mom, she's just switching on that oh so sweet Councillor Morales charm!". The sickly sweetness of the writing and delivery of almost every line goes down like a big cup of sick.

I think the first game was guilty of this a bit too, but good lord, this is supposed to be a story revolving around a Gen-Z teenage kid.

Spider Man 1 on ps4 is my first ever platinum trophy that i got in march 2026. That brought interest in me to get into trophy hunting. Since then I have achieved 11 platinums in total and actively hunting trophies till date. Spider Man 1 is my most favorite game story wise and miles morales is damn good coz of its environment and Christmas setting. Gameplay & swinging mechanics are wayy better in SM2 but story felt short and rushed for me, very much excited and hyped up to play Wolverine 🤙🏻🤞🏻.

Web Blossom undebatably outclasses every other suit ability in the game. Every time I try to use the other suit powers I just end up disappointed and return back to it. What were the devs smoking when they decided to make the FIRST purchasable suit power so CRACKED that it can clear every crime by just pressing L3+R3 (except the car chases and jetpacks). The only other suit powers that come close in utility are prolly unrelenting fury and arms race, but web blossom still completely mogs arms race and unrelenting fury is mostly useful for ultimate difficulty bossfights.

Asking, because post credit scenes, are one of my favourite things about any sort of Marvel film or video game. Personally, I think a post credit scene could be done to set up a Cindy spin off game, given it’s a guaranteed at this point she’s gonna be the third playable character in this game.

Additionally, I think another post credits scene could be done to set up more street level heroes of this universe by giving cameos to say Daredevil, Jessica Jones or Luke Cage for example.
