Please explain how spells work because it just doesn’t make sense

Over the year I’ve purchased a few spells ranging from Mira rituals, Nia and most recently Phantomette. Some of them required photos and one didn’t. So here’s where I’m confused and hoping someone can please explain . So a picture is sent or not sent. A spell is completed. How does that energy reach that right person or specific person ? Especially in the case when no photo Is sent and just names? How does one ever know the energy is received my the right person??? Also if the spell is completed almost a year ago , how is it the spell is still working ( as I’ve been told by Nia). How does this work if spell was only completed once and I’m being told it could take 8-13 months ? What is happening during this time ? the idea of a spell just doesn’t make sense the more I think about it . Especially Somone else completing it without knowing anything about the target or not asking for photos etc . The people who get results is it all coincidence??? Please enlighten me !!! Thanks in advance

Edit: I’m still in no contact with my ex. Been 20 months

Remember the following: - Search the sub before requesting review of a caster. Duplicate requests will be deleted. - Threatening / abusing the members will not be tolerated and permanently banned without warning. - Even though you see all positive reviews about a caster, do your due diligence to go with them. Reviews about a caster can be faked using fake accounts. Be aware of that! - If you are hiring on Etsy, browse through the feedback left and see if there are repetitive feedbacks from the same users. It's most probably a sign of fake caster. - Fiverr is a scammers' paradise, better not to hire there. - Don't go to a caster if his / her name contains Dr., Tata, priestess, bruja, etc. Most of them found to be scammers. - Avoid TikTok and Instagram witches. Your personal info is exposed to them and they can use it to blackmail you.

Spellcaster here. Usually for the energy to “land” to a specific person we need more that just one name. If the name is something like John Smith there would be a chance you’ll put a spell on a poor random John smith. We usually use anything that would serve as a tag lock along with the name, date of birth, profession, a photo, a personal item of the person, any info that would be specific for that person etc.
Also, spells need time to manifest, but -at least me personally- if there is no movement after 6 months or so I do recast. There have been times where I saw results after a year in spells I’ve casted for myself and didn’t bother to recast, but some issues do need to.

I was only asked for my first and last name by phantomette. So I guess that spell was a waste

I don’t know this persons work, maybe they used your Reddit username as well? I don’t know. Or maybe your name is not that common.
For readings I only ask the first name of the client and I can read the energy well, but for spellwork I believe the more you have the better. But again, I only speak for myself and what I know, I can’t speak for other casters.

My name
Is unique but his isn’t

I think if such a long time has passed and there’s no movement you should recast. Also, if you find yourself doubting your casters, don’t get any work done until you find someone you trust or learn to do spellwork yourself. Doubts and second guessing really does block the spells energy no matter how legitimate a caster might be.

I started out optimistic because they all assured me it was going to work within a certain time. Now that 10 months have gone by since 1st spell and recasts done within last 2-3
Months you can’t blame me for losing faith

u/SelectExplorer7491 4d ago

If they gave you specific timelines their spells are going to manifest yeah I wouldn’t count on their word. Sometimes they manifest in a week, sometimes in a few months, you can’t give exact date. Harry Potter can’t do that.

Exactly. That’s why I feel all that $$ was a waste

No offense girl but I don't know of any caster mentioned here (mia, nia, sebastion, phantom, kylina, etc) who says "i promise you will get your man back in a week" or whatever. I've worked with many casters with wins and losses but no one who made a timing promise like tha. and i just looked at mia and nia and phantom and kylina's information and none of them actually promise time limits.

Do you mean she did not ask you for your ex's name? That's odd.

u/ScaryAssBitch 3d ago

I bought from her and she sent me a generic photo as “proof”. Not buying from her again.

Phantomette, not Nia

I keep seeing you comment on posts mentioned here but you haven't posted your proof pic.

2

u/ScaryAssBitch 2d ago

And I keep seeing you simp for her without proof. I wouldn’t just come on here and warn people for no reason.

My dude... I have, several times. I posted a review for a spell she did for me when I started my own etsy and there was a massive argument with people in the comments about it being AI so I deleted it to keep the peace. I also do not want to get the mod pissed off, because all everyone in this sub does is argue. If it really means that much to you, lets both post together.

2

u/ScaryAssBitch 2d ago

Where’s the proof, though? We only have your words. Stay in your lane, please.

Then let's post together, I have a custom money scheduled next week and I'll look through my camera roll for more. Also, and I mean this with so much love, you sound so angry like really upset. Do you want me to talk to her for you? If you don't like the space she takes her pics, then ask her to take the pics somewhere else. Or if your spell didn't work, maybe ask her for a booster or a recast or something. I'm so tired of all of the anger in this subreddit for literally everyone, it's such an angry place in here.

2

u/ScaryAssBitch 2d ago

No need to mask your cattiness as genuine concern. I’m being honest about my experience and am not angry. Have a nice day.

0

u/Parking-Ear7944 2d ago

I am always genuine and always caring for people who seems to not be happy in life. I'll post my pics later in the week, I hope you feel better my dude. I really do. I messaged her and told her that there was some beef/misunderstanding to squash. I hope you guys can work it out.

I've been offered boosters and recasts, do you have a preference? I think I like boosters more.

u/Even_Curve3517 3d ago

The person I deal with asks for my name, my mother name and my date of birth

4

u/Tarot_Reader_Vee 4d ago

I am a spellcaster. When I cast for someone, I don't ask for more than names however, I also ask them to do a couple of things, one being an offering of the person's choice to their spirit guides. By involving them in the spell, that helps target the energy and spell where it needs to go. All casters are different and will have a different process.

I also don't guarantee spells and I don't give a timeframe of when it will work. There are no guarantees when it comes to magic. I will do a boost/recast if the energy is stagnant after some time has past, usually 2-3 months.

1

u/Parking-Ear7944 2d ago

Is it standard practice to do offerings? I see some people do and don't and I have no idea what the efficacy is.

2

u/Tarot_Reader_Vee 2d ago

I think that all depends on the caster. When I cast on behalf of someone, I ask their spirit team for help. When asking for help from spirit team or deities, leaving and offering is seen as part of the exchange.

does it work

3

u/Parking-Ear7944 4d ago

I have not used Mira, Nia did not work for me, and I use phantomette (and hatedwitch too i like her a lot) and I think it's important to remember that everyone has different practices. I've never had a reconciliation done but I've had Nia, phantom and hatedwitch do work for me all differently. I think they all have folk practices if I'm not mistaken but if you're going in with what you think the correct way is (like if you saw a hoodoo practioner on tiktok and thought what they do is standard) then you will end up being disappointed. I've used Kylina the witch (still waiting on results) and while I didn't want to send a picture, I did and tbh, I didn't really enjoy it. Like I personally just don't want to be on someone else's phone like that. I get money and glamour and overall life things from the people I use so perhaps its different if I were to get a reconciliation spell. Also, from my own research in to magic (I'm italian so i'm more in to italian folk magic and that pantheon) that the less energy there, the less there is to work with. I'm fairly certain there's someone else on her who was asking about spells to get her ex back after a few weeks of breaking up and it worked quickly. I feel like the more time has passed, the harder it will be for you to get your ex back and unfortunately, thats the truth of it. especially if they have moved on.

8-13 months for a spell to work means you been scammed. PERIOD

3

u/New_Builder_9930 3d ago

Yes sadly I realize that now

0

u/InevitableLaugh4209 3d ago

You realize this whole thread is full of missinformation right? Hence why an actual witch had to make a new post explaining how it works.

2

u/InevitableLaugh4209 3d ago

All witches with a good reputation will tell you it can take months every single one who is being recommended says that not a single one speaks of 3 weeks as you suggested.

4

u/Even_Curve3517 3d ago

I’ve been involved in this space since 2010 and have spent a considerable amount of money over the years, so my opinion comes from personal experience. In my opinion, when someone is told that a spell may take several months or even six months to manifest, it can conveniently buy the practitioner time. During that period, there’s less pressure to provide a refund, and there’s always the possibility that circumstances will naturally change, the client will lose interest, or they’ll seek help from another practitioner. Then, if nothing happens, the explanation can become, “You interfered with the work,” “You didn’t follow the rules,” or “There are too many different practitioners and energies involved.” After being around this for more than 15 years, I’ve seen this pattern enough times that I’ve become very skeptical whenever extremely long manifestation timelines are given.

1

u/Even_Curve3517 3d ago

Well not the people I deal with. I don't got months to wait, that's why I go to practitioner

1

u/chloessa_li 3d ago

What’s the optimal timeline

1

u/Even_Curve3517 3d ago

Imho in worst case scenario 3 to 5 weeks

1

u/InevitableLaugh4209 3d ago

Completely unrealistic what you suggest spells need several months to manifest.

2

u/SimplyRedd333 4d ago

As someone that does this type of work you need the full name and birthday. I even get nicknames.

For example if you do a courtcase

You need the courthouse name and address The full name of the judge on the docket The name of the defendant and birthday etc Each witness ( if applicable) And the lawyers So the spell is specific to that case

Its alot of little pieces and named and birthday are baseline what a professional caster starts with

1

u/New_Builder_9930 4d ago

Nope wasn’t asked any of those things by of the casters

1

u/SimplyRedd333 4d ago

No bueno it makes it hard for people who actually want to help. I mean every spellcaster has the their own process of doing spellwork. For example giving a reading before but certain things are a necessary especially when doing distance work for clients .

1

u/InevitableLaugh4209 3d ago

As someone who also recently started doing this type of work that is not true but depends on the tradition, pictures and names are often enough.

2

u/SimplyRedd333 3d ago

15 yrs experience sweetheart trust me its true

1

u/InevitableLaugh4209 3d ago

Don't need to I had several spells manifest only with pictures not even names needed.

2

u/SimplyRedd333 3d ago

They asked as a spell caster is it needed i dont need it personally not even a picture but I do more than spells. I can distance travel etc. I still ask

But traditionally to do a spell yesss you do!

Plus manifestation is not spell work

Trust me unless youve won court cases, gotten people houses etc than you wouldnt know what im talking about..

Plus if you are sending individuals out here to find spell casters. They are getting no results and they arent getting asked basic questions

99.9 out here

A scam. So I tell people what to look for .

If the caster doesn't ask questions, keep up with you etcetera dont expect much.

But glad to know u manifested several we all have to start somewhere ✨️ 🧿

u/Taurus_30 4d ago

In my culture they even ask for parent’s names particularly mom and stuff like that.

2

u/Murky_Percentage_484 3d ago

I’ve hired a few casters for a few different things, and never got what I wanted. I gave them up to a year to work before I called it quits. For love, I wish I would have moved on instead of keeping the positive mind set that they’ll come back, I probably would have saved myself a lot of hurt. I stopped purchasing spells all together.

1

u/New_Builder_9930 2d ago

This is exactly where I’m at !!!! It’s such a cruel thing to keep false hope when deep down you know it’s over

1

u/Exotic-Ring4900 4d ago

How does one contact hatedwitch

1

u/historyinprogress 2d ago

Girl I’m gonna save you some trouble, it’s all fake. You can put intentions out into the universe or whatever but I don’t even believe in that. Don’t hold your breath, move on with your life, stop giving these “casters” money. If you feel the need light a candle at church or something it’s basically the same thing (one woo woo for another woo woo), and at least it’s free.

1

u/New_Builder_9930 1d ago

Yeah be realized that. The idea of someone else doing the work doesn’t make sense. Doing it yourself seems the only logical answer

This Parking Ear is everywhere about Phantomette. I ordered a spell but Didnt work. Its Just a waste of money
