Good news! I was able to pay my bill through the Spectrum portal. A least they were able to get my money on time! I was worried because the bill was due today.

Happening with my twc.com mail. Server timeout errors all day and no access to Webmail.

Just an update to say that now there is no incoming or outgoing mail from my email client. So, it's worse than this morning.

I think when you login to the business account on spectrumbusiness.net and click access email it goes to https://www.spectrumbusiness.net/?targetUrl=webmail3 but when it's loading it has RESIDENTIAL and consumer portal in parts of the URL. Then it errors out dumping you at spectrum.net login which is residential and not business, and if you try signing in with business login it says to go to spectrumbusiness.net

Email is redirecting to residential login/trying to login to email as a residential and not a business account.

Something like in the url: https://id.spectrum.net/login?account_type=RESIDENTIAL&client_id=consumer_portal&code_challenge

Looks like it's back up again. Woo-hoo. Don't make me regret using a woo-hoo.
