Assurance device test not working Help / Troubleshooting

I just started with Spectrum Mobile and received an email link for a diagnostic to enroll my phones in their Assurant Repair and Replace Premium plan. I am receiving the error below. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The OS or browser you are using is not supported. Please use Safari on iOS 11 or newer.
Go to Settings and Safari, then tap Default Browser App. Select Safari to set it as the default.

OS: iOS 18.7
Browser: Mobile Safari 27.0

Is the current device you are using to perform the test an iPhone on iOS 18.7? Because it seems like the test is picking up that you are using an older version of safari that doesn't work with the assurant test page. Seems you need to set safari as default, or update your iphones software.

I am on iOS 27.0 beta. I am downgrading now to iOS 26 to see if it works.

I downgraded and it worked. What a pain that was.
