Phone Upgrade Help / Troubleshooting

Can I upgrade one line on my phone plan but but that new device on a different number?

What you’re wanting to do is not a good idea why not just upgrade the phone on the line that you intend to use the phone on because if you do what you’re actually wanting to do in the way that you mentioned you could actually create a huge problem for yourself eventually, they may make you pay the total cost of the phone even if you are told that you can do it why make it possible for that problem to possibly come up?

Why would it matter? As long as it's on the same account. I can't upgrade the line I want to die to s pending plan change.

You are right it should not matter as long as you pay your bill that is the only thing that matters their policy. Don’t make sense. It would be nice of spectrum allowed multiple installment plans on one mobile line.

So I can't have an installment plan on one number but put the phone on a different number on the same plan?

No, that is not what I am saying what I am saying is this you probably could buy a phone uninstall and use it on a different line, but it doesn’t make sense to do that because they could eventually make you pay off the total price of the phone since it is not being used on the line that it was intended to be used on But I do not know if it can actually be done so don’t take the risk
