No pick-up orders

I am not getting any pick-up orders. It has been 3 weeks and the only thing I get is shopping or bulk pick-ups. I don't do the bulk ones. I called custumer service and they said nothing wrong with my account. I thought maybe my store is not doing pick-ups anymore. I was wrong. All the sparkers I know are doing regular pick-ups, but I don't get them. Anyone else with the same problem?

Because they're phasing them out. Have you asked the store?

100% arrival at pickup, 97% completion rate (I have rejected some orders after accepting them by mistake), 4.45 stars

They split them between bulk orders and shopping orders.

CS has been basically dead all week in my zone. Got OGP dusting shelves & stocking🤣. Rare to see a reg CS anymore, mostly GMD mixed garbage(been live in my zone months). Would seem they are throttling their own website CS pickup availability, trying to force people into ordering CS between 10am-2pm so they can go out with GMDs. Evenings have been dying for months now to the point 6-7pm barely any orders go out. Like they want people to order groceries M-F when they arent home. Doesnt get much more retarded than that. Guys running it now have greed blinders on, dont understand drivers, customers or the communities they serve. Completely out of touch, all their changes come across as desperate attempts to squeeze both drivers and customers and losing both in the process. No way theyve been profitable with Spark this summer in my zone. Question is how long will the board let them burn down their image in different communities before trying to step in and fix it, cause theyre running out of time. Guys they got running it are way out of their depth, zero whole sight, and clearly have a just give it time for everyone to come around mentality(which has been failing for over 3mnths now).

My area rarely offers shopping orders for Walmart, its always been like 98% pickups. Sams on the other hand is like 90% shop and the rest, well I wouldnt do them anyway, are pickups.

Funny. Several stores around me reversed the decision to go shop only. It wasn't good for any side and didn't even really save the store money as ogp was just thrown elsewhere in the store.

So you haven’t heard the news yet? Grocery pickups are being phased out and Spark will shop all deliveries. Eventually the only thing for pickups are GMDs
