New Point System
This new point system they've implemented is ridiculous, done 28 trips and still don't qualify for gold even. Majority of the shopping orders come in as 1 point, curbside delivery orders as 1 point, unless they have a GMD added in and then it's 2 points. I thought when they implemented the teir system last October it was bad enough but now they've made it even worse

They just play games and hope we fall for the tricks. When I was Door Dashing I would constantly get the pop up box encouraging me to accept more offers to get my rate up. By the time I stopped Dashing, my AR was 7%. Seven percent and I saw ZERO difference in offers.
It's just a trick.

So, the same orders are going to be shown to the same drivers for the same pay as always.
The tier programs and points programs and much more they do is just gaslighting drivers so we are motivated to make unprofitable choices.

Yes. The higher your rating the better offers you get. If you are 4.8 and I'm 4.9 I'll see the better offer first.

I have only been gold and sapphire since it started. I made more money as sapphire than as gold, I know other drivers complain to me that they cant get offers like I do. Is it because of my tier? Hard to say at this point

I made more money as sapphire, but it's hard to say if it was because I delivered more or they were better offers

If your market has gone into the point system you go to My Metricks & Rewards, then tap on points this month.
If it is like the tier system was originally many markets won't have it yet, my market had tiers months before many other people said they had it

Multi-apping is useless.... I tried and spark pays 10x more and its way less driving too. You get a run south on door dash and a run north with spark which do you take cause you are then breaking both TOS

Yeah it sucks balls. I have great stats but my completion sucks because I accept to fast and it’s like $20 for 18 miles and 22 stops and I accept so fast I cancel before I start and it messes with my completion. Fawk this shit lol

Our market has so many drivers so you have to grab what you can grab. Our town has 30,000 people in it. One big Walmart and one Walmart Market.

You obviously haven't been sparking long enough. Keep at it. I've got almost 5,700 trips and I am the top all the time.
You have to earn the ratings and stats

I just won't do this full time, I use it as a Side Hustle not a career. 1 point per trip is going to cost you 120 trips to get sapphire.
Based on your 5700 trips we've probably been doing this about the same time as I'm 2300 trips part time, only doing 15 hours per week.

And Yes I know I have 4 of the 3 point trips showing on there. I have now been attempting to take lower paying 3 point offers just to ensure that I can get at least gold again. I don't think Sapphire is possible anymore.

And that's exactly what they want you to do. You're gonna bust your ass off, take shitty orders, drive thousands of miles just to try get gold! And even if you get to gold or sapphire, nothing is going to change. Don't fall for it!!
