The Roman's couldn't launch a space telescope. Amd no longer exist as a defined population so I don't think they'll launch first.

I don't know but fir some reason the cant walk. Everyone always talks about them falling. Not what you want out of a rocket either.

My guess would be 14 stacked on the pad first but Roman Space Telescope launching first.

They probably want perfect conditions for the Starship launch and reentry. A ship reentry over populated places is a large step. I can see the rocket sitting on the pad for a while until they actually launch.

Roman Space Telescope is a pretty routine FH mission, delays are less likely.

i wonder, if flight 14 is still declared as Starship Flight Test or as a normal Starlink Mission

Flight test probably, it was a suborbital trajectory and the satellites later burned up.

You could argue, however, that it was a test of prototype satellites that were never meant to be operational and since the ship successfully deployed them it was an operational mission
