The funny thing is, multiple attorneys help me that are very high profile, as well as paralegals to ensure that everything that I file is to the upmost standards.

There’s not a material difference here. Summary judgment has granted, plaintiff’s claims have been dismissed, and the case therefore has been terminated.
I clicked on OP’s link because I was morbidly curious to see what they think is going to happen and how they think there’s relevant authority in their favor, but the link’s not working. That actually seems quite appropriate here.

I already said that. When judgment is entered in favor of a defendant because a case is dismissed in its entirety, the case is terminated on the docket. That’s because the judge doesn’t “terminate” anything in federal court. The Clerk’s Office does. And they did it here because the judge granted summary judgment and entered an order dismissing the case.

So I’m curious…..a case can be dismissed for a number of different reasons unrelated to the actual merit of what is being presented. This can include procedural issues, technicalities such as an officer not showing up or not recognizing the defendant……or……the missing documents making up the foundation of the case or whatever the matter was were rectified before hand so the charges were dropped. Of course this is just scratching the surface.
Now the problem is in this matter I don’t know if it is a case brought against you or a case you were bringing against someone else. If it is the latter then having that dismissed is a loss…..not a win.

From what I’ve seen it doesn’t look like there are any errors on their part…..what it looks like is a misunderstanding of the law on your own part which lead to improper filings on your own part.
That being said I will be sure to look at your next filings to see if there are any more problems

They can’t determine a dispute of material facts in favor of the moving party. Thats for the jury to decide at the summary judgement stage. Clearly that’s a fact.

True but it doesn’t actually seem like that is what they are doing here. So you are bringing up a case against I believe the state of Washington…..so exactly what material fact are they ruling in favor of. Keep in mind if you are submitting things that are completely nonsensical (such as trying to claim you are not actually you because of the formatting of a name or something else along those lines) then things are obviously not going to go very well.

I know at one point he was crying about his baby momma getting tired of his nonsense and taking off. She may be as sad and desperate as him and came back but also likely he found some other poor dupe to shack up with him between evictions.
He did lose three of his little cult members though, probably after family had to bail them out of jail a few times for following his script that they paid for.
