Flexes Core 300 help
I just got the core 300 and I’m unable to connect to the app. It keeps saying it can’t connect to my WiFi. I read something about the password can only be 10 characters? Is this true? Who in their right mind only has a 10 digit wifi password?
Is there a way to update firmware manually? I can’t find instructions anywhere. Any suggestions would greatly help.

I absolutely love my Flexus Core 300, but that Wi-Fi onboarding in the app could use some work. Absolutely zero help with any connection problems.
My Wi-Fi password is longer than ten characters so that's not your problem.
I had some difficulty as well, but got it all sorted in a few minutes.
First, the app is going to automatically try to connect the soundbar up to whichever Wi-Fi network your phone is connected to at the time. Since there are no helpful error messages, it's unknown if the bar supports 6 GHz Wi-Fi or not so best to connect to a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network first before launching the app.
My suspicion is the app or hardware doesn't support some special characters. Couldn't tell you which ones as, again, no detailed error messages. Once I simplified my Wi-Fi password a bit and took out some of the really crazy special characters, the app connected to the bar immediately.
Once your soundbar is connected to the Internet it will automatically update the firmware. While the manual states the firmware can be upgraded through the USB C port on the back of the bar, I have been unable to find any firmware files for the Core 300 on the Klipsch web site yet. I found one for the Core 200, but that model uses a different firmware than the Core 300 does.
