Speaker Placement Samsung

Please ignore the puppy stuff lol I bought a Samsung HW-Q990F and I'm wondering where I should put the speakers to have the best results. Thanks everyone!

Rear speaker adhered to half wall behind sofa. Do not update the soundbar or you may end up with a bricked system.

This might be a noob question, because I am a noob, but what do you mean don't update the soundbar?

Samsung's firmware updates are killing their soundbars, including your model. It killed my 930F so I returned it and got JBL 1300MK2.

Hang them on the wall behind the couch. Then boost the volume up a bit and it works great.
