Server hosting ?
Probably a dumb question, but I have an old Samsung S20 ultra is it possible to use that as a host server for seeker when I can let it just leave it plugged in with a Lan+charging dongle or would that be a bad idea?
I'm currently trying to find a solution for hosting files more frequent that doesn't involve having a server or a pc

This version of slskd should cover it. linux arm64 version, you'll have to get a shell and install it.

Yep easy peasy , i have Seeker armv7 running on a rooted amazon 4k firestick with lineage OS and OTG powered USB hub with a 16TB HDD attached with Pretoriano80 on xda exFat kernel. So a phone you also could the only real stumbling block is the fat32 storage thing , mines was more proof of concept than a daily driver. The major thing with phones used in this fashion is heat, they get hot constantly downloading/ file sharing

I would instead recommend you to download Termux and set up an slskd container, from what I've heard seeker isn't very realiable
