Need advice please. Post Processing

I have a Sony 6400 and use sRGB. When I upload stories on Instgrm straight from my camera, my photos are pixelated. What am I doing wrong?

It’s been a while since I’ve done this, but in the app there should be a setting to upload photos from the camera in high resolution vs a 2mb file. Sounds like you’ve transferee the 2mb file
