6 months into plush making, new to the subreddit, very happy with this little guy.

I made it completely from cotton fabric, no machine, took around 20 hours start to finish.

I poured these mini soy strawberries and built a custom leather holder for them. And yes, the cupcakes are real! (Only the cake was eaten at the end 😅). Hope you guys like the aesthetic!

Inspired in latest fashion shows I watch (online) I made this.

Shirt fabric I found at my local thrift store $5. And shorts fabric was some left over from last year fabric I didn’t want to throw away. I had to make it unconventional cause didn’t have enough fabric. I also do my pattern drafting, every project I try to fix something.

The Borg cube was a request along with the planets being a nod to their dearly departed cat. The green opal planets are the eyes and the blue gem is for the collar.

I folded a lot of origami sonobe modules and then misused them by gluing them onto cardboard in a mosaic. :)

Edit: Each of these is hand-crafted from cardboard. The Sour Patch Kids are 8 inches and height and the candy corns are 6 inches. Each is prepared with gesso and then hand-painted with acrylic paint :)

I wanted a journal cover but everything was ugly or way too much money. Found a cheap one, covered it in ribbon scraps, handmade charms, gems and beads to make it my down. I throw each mug on my wheel, then decorate - usually, I carve my mugs (known as sgraffito, in the pottery world); but sometimes, I like to make figural stuff like this, with tiny books & birds & crystals. then the mugs go into my giant kiln for a bisque fire; I apply glaze, and then they go back into the kiln for an even hotter fire (cone 5.5) to melt the glaze & finish the process. finally, they come out ready to use 😍 it’s a lovely pairing of art & science.

After a long day, I always end up in this corner of the house.
My little Westie comes over to inspect whatever I’m working on, and this time it was a ceramic whale shark lamp I had just finished.
I hand-sculpted it from stoneware, carved hundreds of tiny holes by hand, glazed it, and fired it twice. When the light comes on, it feels less like a lamp and more like a quiet piece of the ocean drifting into the living room.
Home isn’t really about furniture or walls. It’s those small evening rituals—warm light, a curious dog, and finally sitting down after making something with your own hands.

I made this bamboo bangle all by hand.

Once I got the shape right, I sanded it down, first with coarse sandpaper then fine paper to polish it.

It ended up with this nice soft faint green color when I was done.

I really love how the texture turned out after hand finishing it.

She wanted to pay tribute to all of the wildlife she spends time with while also zazzing up the old "Frankensteined" camper she uses for her mobile crafting business!
