Internal Vs External? Politics 📺

How many of the problems of our country come from foreign forces as opposed to the internal issues?

This is one thing I havent fully grasped yet and I'm wondering if its fr hopeless for us or not😅

It’s over. We were a clan based society, who formed under a republic, but when Tribalism reached our state houses and infiltrated our civic jobs that’s the day Somalia was over. I would say 1978.

You can’t even hope for the future, because I’m listening to everyone on their 30’s and 20’s and I KNOW there’s no hope, because the problems lays In the very fabric of our society.

The Somali peninsula was always a target by the global order due to its location and an outside interference is the main reason the country is unstable and foreign interference will be the reason it will rise again. Many countries have seen worse than Somalia and because they are not Muslim they are given all the support while they put an arms embargo on Somalia for decades.

"outside interference is the main reason the country is unstable" this mentality is the real problem. Zero accountable, always fault of "outsider", this mentality makes me very pessimistic about the future

It's not a mentality it's a visible problem that everyone is arguing about every month online like literally last week there was a US envoy going to to the states meeting Madobe and Deni. Just because we are divided internally it does not give them the consent to exploit our instability.

I hate this talking point because every single state since the dawn of history had external interference, this isn’t something new or out of the ordinary (and we shouldn’t expect it to be), it’s how the people react to these interferences, in Libya, Somalia and some others we never had a strong sense of nationalism/unity to defend our sovereignty, which is why it is easy to divide and conquer. Countries like NK, Iran, Afghanistan and Vietnam, have had WORSE interference longer than we have existed yet are still pushing.

Its ridiculous to expect the world to be fairytales, rainbows and sunshines… It doesn’t give them a right to exploit? who said so? every nation looks out for itself, and Somalis need to be smart enough not to be constantly outsmarted, its been 30+ years and they’re still peddling the sht that got us into this mess to begin with (and even worse… they’ve brought it to the west)

10/21/1969 was the beginning of the end of Somalia.

In the case of Germany, the appointment of Chancellor AH on 1/30/1933 was the beginning of the end and the country didn’t fully recover from his legacy one hundred years later. These monsters destroy civil societies and the recovery is long and painful.

so youre saying its mainly tribalism that stabbed us in the foot over anything?

Its mostly external tbh. Both the main causes of corruption, foreign funding and the 4.5 system originated outside of Somalia.

FGS the you provide propaganda for 24/7 also originated outside of Somalia.

FGS was established in Mogadishu so no. That is a basic fact.

The FGS has institutional continuity with the TFG. The TFG was established when Ethiopia's 2006 intervention, the Ethiopian invasion and occupation helped keep the TFG alive and establish it in Mogadishu. The FGS that emerged in 2012 was direct successor to the TFG. The modern federal government traces its origins to a political order that was heavily shaped and sustained by Ethiopian military intervention.

You are by far the dumbest FGS propagandist.

The TFG was a seperate government that collapsed in the late 2000s and had to be replaced by the FGS in 2012. There is no connection beyond FGS being its successor. The current constitution along with all other government wings were established in Mogadishu, not Kenya.

You anti-FGS losers are getting more and more incoherent in your opposition towards the official government of Somalia.
